Returns and Refunds
All returns and order issues must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
If you directly damage, break, or lose the item – you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

- To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging (packaging box, speaker, cable, etc.).
